NEW VERSION: 1.69e please read completely

Fix of Angel 1.69d to run on wc3 1.24.

Changes:
Fix some bugs.
Updated damage system, now it show the true damage dealt by each ability.

o// finaly finish a version of ExtraPatch, the new thing i have work to use in angel, it will install many new units/icons and sounds on your wc3 and any map can use it.

Extra Patch and Angel 1.70

This new version is only a "test" for new things and changes, but now map have only 700kb and is a bit more fast to load, now i want to fast release new versions to fix/balances and add more things. Basketball

Now i working on a mod to Warcraft Word Editor to accept all models from patch, when i finish it i will release soons as possible.
